The service was scheduled promptly. The technician was pleasant and explained exactly what he was doing and got the job quickly at a reasonable price. There were challenges running electrical from the panel in the basement and piping through the attic, but they did it all without a hitch. They did the whole job in a day and a half, exactly as they said they would. The system runs well, the quality of their work was excellent, and there was no damage or cleanup required when they were finished. We are now having them repair a similar Mitsubishi system in our son's a new townhouse. Energy Saver Solutions did not install the system, but the original contractor couldn't make it work. Energy Saver Solutions responded right away when we asked for help and repaired the system. We ended up loosing power when I attempted to change out an old thermostat. We called and Mike walked us through the process of getting our power back on and even chatted with me about the proper way to install the thermostat. He did this and turned an incredibly stressful situation into an easy one! Will definitely contact again when we have any electrical needs. Great company to work with. Sean was fantastic and quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue, and he took the time to explain what we can do to fix it if this happens again.
